The stroller was decent enough to borrow, but I was a bit disappointed. It squeaked a lot, and the zipper was broken, which made it a bit impractical. At least the stroller was clean, though overall it was in rather worn condition. Unfortunately, I was also a bit disappointed with the service. I had paid for a full day on Wednesday, but the stroller wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. It would have been nice if the lender had been a bit more service-minded and offered delivery without extra cost. The experience felt a bit stressful since the meeting was quite brief and not very accommodating. However, she was quick to reply and easy to communicate with through Hygglo.

You just seemed very rude and expected me to deliver for free! The Cybex pram is a very expensive stroller, that is of high quality and very clean! The zipper was slightly broken and I got it fixed. Please dont rent from me again, I care very much for excellent customer service and most of all being friendly and kind to each other. Even your friend seemed to think you were so rude, do to other mothers as you would like to be treated yourself. By the way, you are the only one ever complaining like that, not nice.
