Charlotte var meget hyggelig og imøtekommende. Det var nemt at finde frem, og også i nærheten af metro. Sykkelen er i god stand og meget god å sykle på. Jeg vil 100% anbefale videre! Takk for lånet 😊

Cybex Priam Luxury stroller Max 0-1 1/2year olds. (Barnevogn)

The stroller was decent enough to borrow, but I was a bit disappointed. It squeaked a lot, and the zipper was broken, which made it a bit impractical. At least the stroller was clean, though overall it was in rather worn condition.  Unfortunately, I was also a bit disappointed with the service. I had paid for a full day on Wednesday, but the stroller wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. It would have been nice if the lender had been a bit more service-minded and offered delivery without extra cost. The experience felt a bit stressful since the meeting was quite brief and not very accommodating.  However, she was quick to reply and easy to communicate with through Hygglo.

Baby bouncer from CHICCO / model Hoopla in Grey

An okay bouncer chair that worked as it should. The toys weren’t the same as in the picture, but it was fine. The chair was a bit too steep for my 3-month-old son, and he slid down a little in it. But overall, an okay chair.

Rigtig god oplevelse, nemt at komme I kontakt med udlejer, hente og aflevere. Cyklen passede perfekt til mine behov.  Jeg lejer den gerne igen!

Meget god oplevelse. Både afhentning og aflevering af ladcyklen var nemt og som aftalt. Charlotte gav en god into og tips til cyklen. Vil gerne leje igen :)

Charlotte was extremely helpful and very nice, responded quickly to texts and offered advice. The stroller was great and easy to use on the most bumpy parts of central Copenhagen.  Appeared to be very comfortable as our toddler slept for long stretches.

Produktet var slidt (og en dims knækket). Afleveringen var også lidt ubehagelig, da det var ved en nabo, som ikke gad forstyrres. Men Charlotte var sød, behagelig og svarede hurtigt!
